Château de Pressac, recently promoted as a Grand Cru Classé in 2012 is dominating the Dordogne Valley in the east of the Saint-Emilion Terroir. Pressac, which is the other name of the Malbec variety produces deep and complex wine due to the 6 varieties used in its wine. It is also the only one among very few others to grow vines in terraces in Saint-Emilion.
